Quality Policy
The Acıbadem Labvital has adopted bias-free practice that is based on ethical values and scientific evidences as well as good professional and technical procedures strictly in accordance with the independence, objectivity and confidentiality in the delivery of services to the clients when the tests are analyzed and the services are delivered. Calibration, quality control and inter-laboratory comparison programs are used to ensure accuracy and precision of the laboratory processes.
The Management of the Acıbadem Labvital aims to report correct, accurate and reliable results by using the methods that comply with the standards in order to ensure continuous satisfaction of the clients for delivering the top-tier services. The laboratory staff follow each step of the procedures documented in the quality management system precisely in all studies and analyses in order to achieve the managerial objective.
The quality management system model used by the Acıbadem Labvital meets all provisions ofthe ISO/IEC 17025 standard; we also commit continuous improvement of the quality management system according to the standard; various actions are taken to prevent potential problems by taking measures against the risks; the practices are reviewed and resultant opportunities are gained. Integrity of the management system is prioritized when all improvements and the system efficiency are reviewed.
